Our role
We are a private visa and travel facilitation service for individual travellers and families. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or VFS Global. Visa decisions are made solely by the issuing authority.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, complete and your own. Submitting false documents can lead to refusal, bans and legal action; we will not process applications we believe to be fraudulent.
Quotes & fees
We do not publish prices. Every quote is given in writing for your specific trip and lists the government / embassy fee (passed through at cost) separately from our service charge (inclusive of GST). Nothing is payable until you accept the quote.
Processing times
Times shown are typical estimates based on authority guidance and are not guaranteed. Book non-refundable travel only after your visa is granted.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected application. We are not liable for embassy decisions, delays or changes in rules beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at {{TODO_CITY}} have exclusive jurisdiction.
