Government fees
Government, embassy, VFS and portal fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority, regardless of outcome.
Service fee
- Cancelled before we start work: full service fee refunded
- Cancelled after document review but before submission: {{TODO}}% refunded
- After submission: no refund of service fee
- Refusal caused by our error (wrong form, wrong category): full service fee refunded and free re-application support
How to request
Email us with your reference number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within {{TODO}} working days.
