What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone, email, the service and destination you're interested in, your travel date and your message. To process a visa or booking we also collect the information and documents you share with us, including:

• Identity details: name, date of birth, passport details, photographs
• Contact details: phone, email, address
• Supporting documents: bank statements, income proofs, employment and travel documents
• Technical data: device, browser and anonymised analytics

How we use it

Only to provide the service you asked for: preparing and submitting your application, communicating about it, billing, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share your data only with the embassy, consulate, official e-visa portal or appointment centre required for your application, and with service providers (cloud hosting, messaging, payments) bound by confidentiality.

Retention & deletion

Application documents are deleted within {{TODO}} days after your case closes, unless the law requires longer retention. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to your case officer and supervisors, and staff are trained on data handling.
